That’s why Marissa created Muscle & Movement Classes – small-group training designed specifically for women 40 and beyond. Each session blends strength, mobility and metabolic conditioning in a way that supports your body’s unique needs at this stage of life.

Here’s why it matters:
Building muscle now helps prevent age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia) and supports bone health, reducing risk of osteopenia.
Many workouts are either too intense (leaving you breaking down more than you build) or too light (not enough resistance to create change). These classes strike the balance your body needs.
