Meet Marissa Parry

With over 15 years in fitness, nutrition and functional health, Marissa Parry helps women move beyond symptom-chasing by understanding what their bodies truly need in midlife. She blends science with practical coaching to build strength, metabolic health and daily habits that support women through this transition and into the decades ahead.

The M Method

The M Method is Marissa’s evidence-informed framework created specifically for the demands of midlife. Centred on Muscle & Movement, Metabolism and Mindset, it focuses on what drives real change at this stage - building muscle, supporting metabolic function and shaping lifestyle practices that stabilise the body’s internal systems.

Small-group training designed for women 40+. Every session blends strength, mobility and metabolic conditioning with personal guidance in a supportive, community atmosphere.







1:1 Health
Coaching

The right plan and the right support can transform how you feel in midlife, this is where that process begins.

A personalised coaching program grounded in The M Method, combining tailored strength training, nutrition guidance and lifestyle strategies. Designed to help women in midlife understand their bodies, create structure and build habits that support long-term health.




Midlife Metabolic & Hormone Health Program

Treatment provides the systemic support the body needs. Coaching creates the behavioural change that sustains results.

A collaborative program between Health & Lifestyle Coach Marissa Parry and General Practitioner Dr. Anusha, combining personalised coaching with Neuro-Electro Vascular Stimulation (NEVS). Created to support the metabolic and hormonal shifts of midlife, it offers women a more complete, system-level approach to feeling and functioning better.
