Nutrition

Coaching begins with a thorough health assessment, followed by personalised plans built around strength, nutrition and lifestyle. Expect regular check-ins, ongoing support and adjustments based on your progress and needs.
Bloodwork isn’t required for everyone, but when it’s helpful, Marissa will guide you through the process and collaborate with Dr. Anusha for deeper insight and consultation.
