Marissa Parry is a Health & Lifestyle Coach with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry. Her work is rooted in the belief that true health is never about extremes or aesthetics - it’s about building strength, balance and sustainable habits that support the body through every stage of life.

Marissa’s journey began as a Personal Trainer, and over the years she expanded her expertise into nutrition, lifestyle coaching and functional medicine - blending science with practical strategies to help women achieve lasting results.

Her Approach

At the heart of Marissa’s work is The M Method - a methodology she developed from years of coaching women and understanding what the body truly needs in midlife. It brings together three essential pillars that support long-term health:

A personalised coaching program that takes a deep dive into a client’s health and builds a structured plan around the three pillars of The M Method - Muscle & Movement, Metabolism and Mindset.

The Midlife Metabolic and Hormone Health Program

The Midlife Metabolic and Hormone Health Program is a collaborative offering by Marissa Parry and General Practitioner Dr. Anusha, combining personalised health coaching with targeted medical treatment for a deeper, more comprehensive approach to midlife health. This program includes 1:1 coaching with Marissa and treatment with Dr. Anusha using Neuro-Electro Vascular Stimulation (NEVS).

As a woman, Marissa understands the many roles women carry - mother, partner, caretaker, professional, friend, and the constant pressure to meet expectations, including how they should look or feel.
